With STP commencing from June 30 for small business we have formalised our payroll processing services for clients. From June 2019 our fees will be;
Payroll Pricing
Initial set up $150 (basic) or $550-$1100 complex (includes assessment of staff role, advice on appropriate award and employment conditions) Please note we are not lawyers and can only provide basic Award and Employment conditions advice.
$50 per payrun (includes 2 employees)
+ $2.50 per employee (3rd employee on)
+ $5 per new employee set up (all information must be supplied with payrun data)
+ $25 set up new super fund account into default industry fund if required for new employees
Super lodgement (optional) $50 per lodgement (normal either monthly or quarterly)
Includes
Lodgement of STP file to Australian Tax Office
Supply of ABA file ready for upload to bank
Annual
Review of overall process and review of award, rates, birthdays etc. $250
Payroll Process
Hours to be supplied either from time keeping software or in excel (format must be approved)
Or on hand written hours sheet (Mount Martha Accountants will supply template)
Work period needs to be weekly or fortnightly and needs to end on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Hours need to be supplied by 10:30am Monday morning.
Reports and ABA files will be supplied back by 5:30pm.
