Have you registered but not received your money for March yet? First the government said they would pay the March Payments “A month in arrears” to me I would expect this means you would get your first payment at the end of April, then they changes the language to “The start of May” in the end a lot of businesses will be getting their payments at the end of May. As you can see from this snip taken from the ATO website today (May 11th) if you have submitted everything needed by May 8th then the ATO will pay your claim within 14 days – in other words around the 20th or 22nd of May. By this stage many businesses will be open again!
