I have assisted clients with property developments a number of times from two lot sub divisions through to large subdivisions of hundreds of blocks and apartment development. I can assist you with your structuring and taxation advice as well as feasibility studies (really its better if you the client do this work as its your money on the line but I am happy to be a second opinion and check your workings)
While our specialty is tax & accounting we work with a range of other professionals including commercial mortgage brokers who also have experience in putting together large property development deals including having access to private funding & mezzanine finance. And yes even today as banks tighten up their criteria around property development we are still able to put deals together and get them across the line.
